The New Jeep – 2008 Jeep Liberty
The idea of Jeep Liberty replacing the iconic Cherokee was finally dropped because one of its versions, the Nitro, appeared more like the Cherokee than the real jeep model.
Now, the Liberty is turning to its pristine jeep features. The new design and the chassis revisions are meant to bring the Jeep Liberty back to where the Cherokee left off.

The Liberty now manages to move forward with new list of standard equipments as:
1. Stability control with roll mitigation,
2. Brake assist,
3. Rain sensing wipers,
4. Tire pressure monitoring, and
5. Side-curtain air bags.
6. My Gig hard drive and touch screen infotainment system,
7. Full canvas roof most suited to African Safari.
It is strongly hoped that the new Jeep Liberty will appeal to "young couples and new families, as well as professional, young single men and women when it hits dealers in the third quarter of 2007. As is commonly known that the Liberty appeals more to young women than men, and is even known in some circles as the "party girl Jeep," so cheers to young ladies…/
