France:  The French-based Renault has currently launched a new support plan for its Engineering and Technocentre staff.

The support package includes measures to strengthen the management staff and improve overall working conditions of  the company.

Also included in the support agenda is the implementation of a better workload plan; setting up of the necessary resources, and optimizing  the skills management sector.
