Death smash at the Gumball Rally

The New Porsche 911 Turbo Smashes in a Fatal Accident: May 4, 2007

The Porsche 911 Turbo which took part in the Gumball 3000 Rally met with a fatal accident in Macedonia, causing the cross-country event to be banned.

It has been reported that the new Porsche that was driven by Britons Nick Morley and Matthew McConville, got veered on to the wrong side of the road and struck another car VW Golf being driven by local man Vladimir Chepulyoski 67, who died of a heart attack on the way to hospital, and his wife, who is also in a precarious condition is still in the intensive care.

"As a sign of respect we have decided that this year's Gumball 3000 Rally will not travel any further and will end in Bratislava”  said the founder of the Gumball Rally, Maximillion Cooper.
